PLAZA PREMIUM GROUP

Turning a uniquely profiled premium audience into a global brand-experience platform.

Global Airport Hospitality · International

Plaza Premium Group had built an exceptional global hospitality network across airports and markets.

TACTICA identified another source of value within that infrastructure: a uniquely profiled international audience, reached in a premium hospitality environment and across repeated global touchpoints.

The opportunity was not simply the lounges themselves. It was the combination of audience, context, attention and international scale.

The opportunity inside the network

Airport hospitality creates an unusual relationship with its audience. Travellers are not passing a billboard or scrolling past an advertisement. They are spending time within a curated environment designed around comfort, service and experience.

For brands, institutions and destinations, that creates a different kind of opportunity: the possibility to engage a qualified international audience in a context where discovery, storytelling and experience can become part of the journey.

TACTICA began working with Plaza Premium Group around that proposition, helping turn an existing global asset into a platform for new partnerships and international opportunities.

Not advertising space. A premium context for influence, discovery and experience.

beIT: turning the platform into international execution

beIT became one of the clearest demonstrations of how this platform could operate at scale.

Developed around the international promotion of Made in Italy, the campaign brought together ICE – Italian Trade Agency, the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI), and Plaza Premium Group, reaching premium international travellers across 10 countries.

TACTICA developed the opportunity from its earliest stage, introducing the proposition, shaping the commercial and operational framework, supporting the agreement process and managing implementation between the institutional client and Plaza Premium Group.

The work then moved into international execution: coordinating stakeholders, markets, languages, formats and touchpoints to turn the original opportunity into a live multi-country campaign.

From campaign to platform

beIT demonstrated the model in practice. But the larger opportunity was the platform itself.

TACTICA’s work with Plaza Premium Group has continued around the same underlying idea: identifying where the Group’s global hospitality network, premium international audience and distinctive environments can create new forms of value for brands, institutions and destinations.

The role is not simply to introduce opportunities. It is to understand what could make sense for both sides, shape the proposition, align interests, connect the right stakeholders and help move an idea from possibility to execution.

The value lies not only in accessing a global network, but in understanding what can be built through it.

What this proves

Plaza Premium Group is a good example of how TACTICA approaches opportunity development.

We look beyond the asset itself to understand the value that may already exist around it: the audience, the context, the relationships, the credibility and the ability to operate internationally.

Then we work to connect those elements into something that can become real.

See the opportunity. Build the conditions. Make it happen.
