ABOUT TACTICA

TACTICA is an independent strategic firm working across positioning, relationships, opportunity development and execution.

For nearly four decades, we have worked with companies, institutions and international ventures at moments when something needs to move: a market to enter, a position to build, a relationship to create, an opportunity to unlock or an ambition to turn into something real.

Our work has crossed corporate strategy, communications, public affairs, business development, fashion, luxury, hospitality, media, culture and international positioning.

Different projects require different answers. What remains constant is the way we work: understanding the context, identifying what can make a difference, bringing the right people and opportunities together, and staying involved through execution.

NATASHA DE SANTIS

Natasha De Santis has spent more than four decades working across corporate identity, strategic communications, institutional relations and international business development.

Her career began at Landor Associates in San Francisco, working across the United States, Europe and Latin America. In 1988 she founded TACTICA in New York, bringing strategy, relationships, communications and execution together within a single international practice.

Through TACTICA and collaborations including FutureBrand, Natasha has worked with companies and organisations including Google, Gianni Versace, Bulgari, Gucci, Mastercard, Telefónica, Santander, Iberdrola, PRISA and NH Hotels, as well as governments and international institutions. Her career has included Telefónica’s historic rebranding programme and extensive work across Latin America.

Fashion and international positioning have also been central to her work, through projects involving Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana, ICE / ITA, LINEAPELLE and Turkish industry organisations.

Her ability to recognise opportunities early and build lasting relationships continues to shape TACTICA today.

CLAUDIO NAVARRO

Claudio Navarro has spent more than 26 years working across corporate strategy, brand vision, strategic communications, public affairs and international business development.

At TACTICA, his work has centred on helping companies, institutions and international ventures turn strategic ambition into positioning, relationships, partnerships and concrete opportunities. In parallel, Claudio worked closely with Eduardo De Santis for nearly two decades through Corporate Vision Strategists and Gold Mercury International, developing corporate vision and brand strategy assignments for groups including Coca-Cola, Iberdrola and PRISA. That long collaboration became an important parallel chapter of his professional career and shaped the way he approaches organisations, identity and strategic change.

His work at TACTICA has included Google’s early positioning in Spain and Latin America, Spain… On the Road Again, and international fashion initiatives involving ICE / ITA, Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana, LINEAPELLE and Pitti Immagine.

More recently, his focus has expanded into luxury, hospitality, travel retail and airport ecosystems through work with Plaza Premium Group and other premium ventures.

Across these areas, his role remains consistent: connecting strategy, relationships and execution to move opportunities forward.
