ITINEREA GROUP

When a 30-year business outgrows the way it presents itself.

Corporate Transformation · Brand Architecture · International Tourism

For three decades, Calafell Evasión had built a strong business around travel, groups and experiences, while Promenade had expanded the organisation’s presence and capabilities in Portugal.

But the business had become broader than either name could adequately represent.

Different markets, growing capabilities and new areas of opportunity were beginning to point towards something larger: not simply two established businesses, but a group with the structure and ambition to enter its next stage of development.

TACTICA worked with the company to turn that evolution into a new corporate architecture: ITINEREA GROUP.

The business had evolved. Its identity had not.

The challenge was not to erase thirty years of history.

It was to understand what that history had produced.

Calafell Evasión and Promenade had accumulated relationships, market knowledge, teams, operational capabilities and credibility across several European markets. At the same time, the business was moving beyond the boundaries traditionally associated with the two existing brands.

TACTICA’s starting point was therefore not a new logo or a new name.

It was a strategic question:

What structure could preserve the value already built while creating room for the company to become more?

That question led to ITINEREA GROUP.

From two businesses to one group

The creation of ITINEREA GROUP was not conceived as a cosmetic rebranding.

It was a way to give the business a structure that reflected what it had already become and what it was preparing to build next.

The new architecture brought together the experience accumulated through Calafell Evasión and Promenade under a broader corporate platform, capable of organising existing capabilities while creating space for new ones.

TRAVEL · EVENTS · EXPERIENCES · HOSPITALITY

Rather than replacing the company’s history, ITINEREA GROUP gave that history a new framework.

A framework designed to make the business easier to understand, easier to develop and better prepared for growth across markets, services and opportunities.

Building the system behind the name

Creating ITINEREA GROUP was only the beginning.

A new corporate architecture needed to become visible and usable across the business: in the way the company presented itself, communicated with clients and partners, organised its offer and prepared for future growth.

TACTICA worked across that transition, helping translate the new group structure into a coherent system of identity, narrative and communication.

The work extended from the corporate positioning and brand architecture into the practical tools through which the new organisation would be seen and understood: digital channels, commercial materials, editorial communication, social media and physical applications.

The objective was not simply to launch a new identity. It was to make the new structure operational.

Making the change real

A transformation only becomes meaningful when it reaches the people who interact with the business.

For ITINEREA GROUP, that meant moving beyond strategy and identity into implementation: introducing the new group to clients, partners and teams, updating the company’s communication ecosystem and ensuring that the new structure appeared consistently across different touchpoints.

TACTICA helped manage that transition across the materials and channels through which the company operates and communicates, from digital and editorial content to commercial tools and physical applications.

The emphasis was on continuity as much as change: preserving recognition and trust while making the broader ambition of the group visible.

The same spirit. A broader vision.

A platform for what comes next

ITINEREA GROUP was designed not only to reflect the business as it exists today, but to give it room to evolve.

The new structure creates a clearer framework for developing markets, services and opportunities without forcing the company back into the limits of its previous architecture.

It allows the group to build from the credibility already established across France, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada and other international markets, while opening space for new initiatives in travel, events, experiences and hospitality.

The transformation created a platform for growth rather than a fixed definition of the business.

What this proves

ITINEREA GROUP shows how TACTICA approaches transformation when a business has evolved faster than the way it presents itself.

The work begins by understanding what has already been built, what has changed and where the organisation wants to go next.

From there, strategy, architecture, identity and implementation need to work together.

Transformation is not changing how a company looks. It is making what the company has become visible, coherent and usable for what comes next.
